📋 Description
• Lead and develop the regional Field Service organization by managing Field Service Engineers across the Western U.S. • Own hiring, coaching, and performance management to build a high-performing, scalable team • Own service delivery and operational performance across the region • Drive key service KPIs while optimizing resources and cost-to-serve • Deliver a differentiated customer experience by building strong relationships with key accounts
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of experience or Master's degree with 7+ years of experience within field service or a similar support function • Minimum of 5 years management experience • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record • Valid U.S. Passport
