📋 Description

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial and intellectual property contracts; • Support in corporate transactions and corporate reorganizations; • Drafting legal opinions and various contractual instruments; • Conducting legal research and analyzing regulatory matters; • Preparing reports and monitoring advisory requests; • Liaising with clients and supporting internal team activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree; • Knowledge of corporate and company law; • Previous experience drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, either in-house or at law firms; • Specialization in Contract Law, Corporate Law, Company Law or Privacy and Data Protection (preferred); • Knowledge of privacy and data protection would be an advantage.
