📋 Description

• Independently create, review, and maintain framework agreements and conduct tenders. • Regularly coordinate with suppliers and internal specialist departments. • Prepare decision papers for the division management and executive board. • Take responsibility for cross-site framework contract management. • Coordinate contract drafting in close cooperation with the various power plant sites. • Actively contribute to the further development of our procurement processes and contract standards. • Identify cost-saving opportunities through regular contract analyses and evaluations, thereby making a significant contribution to process optimization.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in economics, business administration (BBA), business law, or industrial engineering. • Alternatively, a completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g., industrial clerk) is acceptable, ideally supplemented by additional qualification in contract management or procurement. • At least three years of relevant professional experience, e.g., as a Contract Manager or Buyer, in procurement, contract, or sourcing management—ideally with experience in the energy sector or in an industrial/technical environment. • Strong commercial and business understanding as a contract manager. • Confident, secure, and flexible user of MS Office products. • Very good written and spoken German language skills. • Possession of a valid driving license (class B).
