📋 Description

• Serve as the focal point for the client’s AWS infrastructure operations, including provisioning, monitoring, maintenance, and incident resolution • Provide ongoing technical support to ensure the availability and performance of the client’s AWS services • Respond promptly to incidents and technical issues • Implement and maintain security policies in accordance with established guidelines • Identify opportunities to optimize costs and performance • Ensure the efficient and scalable use of AWS resources • Build and maintain a close relationship with the client • Understand specific needs and provide tailored solutions • Keep documentation of operating procedures and resolved incidents up to date • Provide regular status and performance reports • Participate in the planning and execution of projects related to infrastructure and information security

🎯 Requirements

• Clear communication and attention to detail • Reliable adherence to deadlines and working hours • Ability to produce technical documentation for use by the team and clients • Experience with Kubernetes (EKS) and Spot.io • Hands-on experience with AWS, including EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda • Experience configuring and managing AWS security policies, IAM roles, Security Groups, and Cognito • Implementation of security best practices • Ability to automate infrastructure using AWS CloudFormation or Terraform • Knowledge of AWS backup and data recovery strategies, including AWS Backup, EBS snapshots, and data replication • Familiarity with CloudWatch and CloudTrail • Experience participating in the resolution of incidents of varying severity levels • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Experience with Zabbix, Grafana, New Relic, and Elastic Stack is a plus • Knowledge of Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, IPAM, and VPN is a plus • Required certification: AWS CCP – Certified Cloud Practitioner • Preferred certification: AWS SAA – Solutions Architect – Associate
