📋 Description

• Technically implement CRM campaigns and journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud • Configure and develop journeys in Journey Builder • Create and manage automations using Automation Studio • Perform audience segmentation for campaigns and journeys • Create, configure, and work with Data Extensions • Develop and execute queries using SQL • Develop and use AMPscript to personalize content and communications • Conduct technical and functional testing of campaigns and journeys • Perform pre-send validations, ensuring data and communication quality • Monitor sends and identify potential inconsistencies or issues • Analyze and resolve any errors that occur during campaign execution • Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, and other stakeholders involved in the initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) • Experience with Journey Builder • Experience with Automation Studio • Knowledge of Data Extensions • Knowledge of and experience with SQL • Knowledge of AMPscript • Experience with database and audience segmentation • Experience implementing CRM campaigns and journeys from a technical perspective • Experience with testing, validation, and send monitoring • Analytical skills and attention to detail • English – Intermediate
