📋 Description

• Responsible for supporting the supply of laboratories, hospitals and technical hubs, managing inventory control, handling requests and ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators. • Contribute to identifying bottlenecks, performing scenario analysis and proposing effective solutions that drive continuous process improvement. • Provide daily support via Microsoft Teams to resolve frontline queries. • Hold weekly meetings to monitor critical supplies. • Conduct on-site visits to monitor processes at laboratories, hospitals and technical hubs. • Deliver training to ensure process compliance at the frontline. • Interact with partner areas including Purchasing, Logistics, MDU and Master Data. • Notify frontline sites of expected order arrival dates. • Analyze additional routine requests based on average consumption. • Support tracking of orders and material movements. • Assist the team in resolving incidents (damage, shortages, losses, delays). • Generate emergency shipments for regional units. • Analyze manual orders from the frontline and monitor follow-up requests. • Analyze items nearing expiration and monitor progress. • Follow up on items affecting PME (Average Inventory Period) and monitor improvements. • Monitor supply indicators daily (Fill Rate / Availability). • Configure system parameters to ensure correct replenishment. • Develop continuous improvement projects to enhance area processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required. • Strong analytical skills combined with clear and effective communication. • Proactive, collaborative professional with solid organizational abilities. • Intermediate knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. • Preferred: experience with SAP.
