📋 Description

• Responsible for PMO activities across strategic IT projects and portfolios, ensuring governance and monitoring of initiatives. • Structure and manage schedules, risks, dependencies, milestones and metrics. • Responsible for consolidating information and preparing executive materials (status, risks, decisions, next steps). • Monitor the prioritized roadmap, ensuring teams remain focused on ongoing deliveries. • Support demand funnel management (intake, prioritization and routing of initiatives). • Act as a facilitator between technology and business areas, promoting alignment and integration; identify deviations and risks and work with the team to design corrective and preventive actions. • Lead forums and executive committees, ensuring visibility and driving decision-making. • Support the evolution of PMO processes, methodologies and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in PMO and IT project management. • Experience in technology projects or digital transformation initiatives. • Strong analytical skills and ability to organize information. • Experience monitoring scope, schedule, risks and performance indicators. • Clear communication and ability to engage with multiple stakeholders. • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. • Knowledge of project methodologies (PMI, PMBOK, Agile, Scrum or hybrid approaches). • Bachelor's degree completed (IT, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields). • Availability to work on-site 3 days per week in Vila Olímpia.
