• Develop workaround solutions for bugs. • Develop automations for repetitive tasks. • Develop tools and code to fix critical business issues. • Develop monitoring dashboards for services/business (ELK, Power BI, Datadog, ServiceNow, Grafana). • Attend meetings to gather and understand clients' pain points. • Support teams by providing area/service indicators and metrics. • Serve as a point of reference for addressing issues and collaborating with the operation's technical teams to find solutions. • Provide reports and metrics on service performance. • Perform performance troubleshooting and propose optimizations and systemic improvement opportunities. • Analyze and monitor systems to accelerate problem identification and minimize customer impact. • Implement improvements and create large-scale solutions to address backlog or accumulated issues. • Participate in technical meetings. • Provide support to client areas (environment analysis with a business focus). • Understand system integrations. • Have functional knowledge of systems with an understanding of business rules. • Map processes and propose improvement solutions to support business needs.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. • Strong experience in Java (Java 8+), including: • Object-oriented programming • Collections, Streams and coding best practices • Integration with REST APIs • Frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring Data and Spring MVC • Hands-on experience with Python, including: • Development of scripts and services • Data manipulation • Familiarity with frameworks (Flask or FastAPI desirable) • Experience developing dashboards or data collection for tools such as ELK, ServiceNow, Power BI, Datadog, Grafana • Service Owner mindset/profile • Requirements analysis (elicitation and understanding of requirements together with the PO) • Communication and interfacing between teams • Required knowledge: DML and DDL (SQL Server and Oracle), PL/SQL • Experience with performance analysis/troubleshooting and system monitoring.
