📋 Description

• Planning, administration and implementation of mandatory Occupational Health & Safety training programs. • Planning, administration and implementation of technical training programs with recurring delivery and scalability. • Creation, Implementation and Management of Training Programs: • Develop, implement and manage training programs, projects and solutions for all levels of the organization. • Ensure programs meet the company's strategic needs and promote continuous employee development. • Development of Learning Paths: • Design and structure customized learning paths aligned with business needs and the development of organizational competencies. • Ensure continuous improvement of methods, tools and educational content. • Training Needs and Business Requirements Assessment: • Identify training and development needs through analyses, surveys and meetings with managers and stakeholders. • Align training actions with the organization’s challenges and opportunities. • Preparation of Reports and Dashboards (Power BI or similar): • Create dashboards and reports for monitoring and decision-making. • Analyze training, engagement and impact metrics. • Automate analysis processes for greater efficiency and data accuracy. • Proposal of Improvements and Innovations: • Identify opportunities to optimize and innovate training processes. • Develop new methodologies and tools to enhance the learning experience. • Use data-driven insights to improve training programs. • Development of Learning Materials and Tools: • Prepare instructional content, technical reports and support materials for training sessions. • Create assessments, performance indicators and impact reports for educational activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (completed) • Postgraduate degree preferred in people management, corporate education, instructional design or similar • Experience with mandatory Occupational Health & Safety training programs and other technical trainings with high participant volume, frequent delivery and scalability • Project management; Agile methodologies preferred • Microsoft Office suite and digital tools/resources (forms, surveys) • In-person and virtual training and development methodologies • Systemic understanding of core HR/People Management processes • Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI and other data processing and information tools • Commitment • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Strategic thinking • Leadership • Proactivity and ability to innovate • Organizational skills to manage projects and programs with high participant volume and scalability
