📋 Description

• We are looking for a Projects and Processes Consultant to join the Business Intelligence and Strategic Projects team under the VP of Operations. • The goal is to accelerate the transformation of our brands across all regions, aligning execution with the company's strategy. • The mission will be to orchestrate the implementation of innovation and agentic AI projects (AI based on autonomous agents) across our regions and brands. • We are not just seeking automation — we aim to accelerate the transformation of our businesses across different regions through process improvements so that technology elevates the customer experience and optimizes our resources.

🎯 Requirements

• Leadership of Complex Projects: Manage project schedules and deliverables for innovation initiatives, ensuring deadlines and targets are met to realize expected benefits. • Process Design (As-Is & To-Be): Map the current journey and design the To-Be state together with the involved areas, identifying bottlenecks where agentic AI can act as an enabler. • Tech & Business Interface: Serve as the translator between business needs (regional teams, brands, and cross-business operations) and the AI development team, ensuring the technical solution addresses the real problem. • Change Management & Follow-up: Monitor post-implementation at the front lines to ensure adoption of the new technology. • PMO Experience: Solid background in Project Management and process improvement. • Innovation Mindset: Technical curiosity and familiarity with Artificial Intelligence and automation concepts. • Diplomacy and Resilience: Ability to navigate complex organizational structures, influence stakeholders, and connect the dots across different areas. • Results Focus: Data-driven orientation, with attention to performance indicators (KPIs) and financial results. • Knowledge of agile methodologies is a plus. • Previous experience in the healthcare sector or in large retail/service operations.
