• Drive governance, planning and execution of tax projects, ensuring deadlines are met, delivery quality and risk management • Structure, monitor and control project timelines, scope and performance indicators (KPIs) • Prepare and consolidate executive status reports, ensuring transparency and supporting decision-making • Lead follow-up, alignment and governance meetings with internal stakeholders • Map and analyze end-to-end tax processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, efficiency and mitigation of tax risks • Act as the interface between business areas (Fiscal/Tax) and technology teams, translating needs into structured requirements • Support the implementation of structural projects, including digital transformation initiatives and automation of tax processes • Lead change management activities, such as preparing materials, trainings and knowledge dissemination for the teams involved • Promote continuous improvement by proposing innovative, data-driven solutions to advance tax processes
• Previous experience in PMO, project management or coordination of initiatives, preferably focused on tax or financial projects • Experience in projects such as: • Fiscal compliance and mandatory filings (SPED, EFD, etc.) • Reviews and improvements of tax processes • Implementation or enhancement of tax systems • Digital transformation or automation projects • Knowledge of fiscal and tax routines, especially indirect taxes (ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS) • Strong command of project management concepts and practices (agile methodologies such as Scrum/Kanban — an important differentiator) • Experience with project management tools such as Monday, Planner, Jira or similar • Advanced Excel and/or Power BI skills for data analysis and monitoring • Experience with project KPIs (schedule, cost, quality, risk) • Basic knowledge of data and technology applied to the tax context (relevant differentiator) • Analytical and organized profile, with a strong process-oriented mindset • Clear communication and the ability to interact with different areas • Proactivity and sense of ownership • Ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously • Focus on continuous improvement and value generation • Bachelor's degree — Administration, Law, Accounting or related fields
