📋 Description

• Build and evolve Darkplane, primarily using TypeScript/Node.js, with Go across control-plane and analytics services • Design and harden systems for running untrusted code and safely helping customers adopt AI in the software development lifecycle • Partner with AI engineers to make agentic workflows reliable and fast in production • Shape developer experience through workflows, feedback loops, and guardrails for trustworthy AI-authored code • Talk to customers, understand agentic-workflow adoption, and make product decisions based on customer needs and business considerations • Co-own stability by identifying technical risks early and maintaining strong observability signals • Contribute to backend and platform engineering, including ingest pipelines, evaluation runtime, and data model • Help turn agentic engineering concepts into dependable product capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with TypeScript, Node.js and Go, or ability to quickly learn them using state-of-the-art coding agents • Strong grasp of distributed systems and production reliability • Data-modeling experience with relational databases such as Postgres and analytical stores such as ClickHouse • Experience building or operating agentic AI systems, LLM pipelines, or code sandbox environments • Proven experience owning and ideating end-to-end on the product, including frontend development • Curiosity about customers, engineering-team workflows, agentic workflows, and practical company adoption • Fluency with AI and agentic coding tools, with judgment about when to trust them • Clear communication, documentation habits, and ability to work independently • Familiarity with the OpenTelemetry ecosystem or observability tooling (nice to have) • Experience building analytical and experimentation platforms (nice to have) • Comfort mentoring more junior coworkers (nice to have)
