• Manage, advise and develop existing customers within an established sales territory • Responsible for proactively acquiring and retaining new customers within the defined sales area • Identify new market opportunities and develop and implement strategies to exploit them • Ensure target achievement and independently execute revenue and sales planning • Regular reporting to Sales Management • Prepare quotes and track projects through to contract conclusion • Expand sales networks and partnerships, including long-term maintenance of customer relationships
• Degree in engineering or a comparable qualification • At least 3 years of professional experience as a Sales Manager in an industrial environment • Passion for selling technically sophisticated products and solutions • Excellent negotiation, customer management and presentation skills • Structured and independent working style with a strong customer focus • Very good written and spoken German and English • Willingness to make regular customer visits and business trips
