📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership for delivering professional services engagements to high-value Databricks customers • Shape the future of the big data and machine learning landscape for leading Fortune 500 organisations • Be responsible for core aspects of building and managing the Forward Deployed Engineers team • Ensure delivery of customer projects in your region, managed to target and exacting standards • Act as an ambassador for Services and their value in the region • Represent the organisation in steering committees and work with cross-functional teams and leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in managing and guiding consulting, delivery, or solution architecture teams, ensuring successful project execution and team development • Strong technical background as a hands-on Solutions Architect, enabling you to effectively support and mentor technical architects under your leadership while driving strategic initiatives • Experience driving end-to-end project delivery against outcomes (fixed fee) in Fortune 500 organisations in geographies such as France, Italy, Spain, the Middle East and South Africa • Implement a project schedule with experience in customer engagement • Experience with Databricks products space (Data and AI), and/or direct competitors • Travel is required up to 10%, with higher rates during peak times.
