📋 Description

• As part of your role, you are an integral member of our Finance team and help ensure our travel expense processes are efficient and accurately maintained. • You review and allocate travel expense reports across the group. • You record incoming receipts and support their processing. • You ensure correct tax classification (e.g., domestic/international, hotel, business entertainment). • You perform plausibility checks and independently follow up on any discrepancies. • You coordinate closely with internal contacts to resolve queries. • You support our team with day-to-day operational finance tasks and gain a broad range of insights.

🎯 Requirements

• You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) in Business Administration, Finance, or a comparable degree program. • Ideally, you already have some practical experience (e.g., through internships or vocational training). • You work in a structured, careful manner and have a good affinity for numbers and relationships. • You are proficient with Excel and approach tasks conscientiously. • You are a team player, communicate openly, and appreciate a transparent feedback and error culture. • Your German language skills are at least at B2 level.
