📋 Description

• Support technical initiatives and activities for partners, including cloud migration, application modernization, and DevOps transformation • Ensure successful onboarding, training, enablement, and certification of partner technical resources • Participate in joint business planning and review sessions with partners • Support partner technical initiatives such as customer demonstrations, proofs of value, enablement workshops, assessments, advice, and coaching • Advocate for partners’ technical concerns with Datadog internal teams and help drive them to resolution • Analyze partner service offerings and recommend ways to increase adoption of Datadog features and capabilities • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and technical services teams to identify and prioritize new features • Curate and evolve best practices for Datadog platform adoption and success

🎯 Requirements

• Solid technical grounding with hands-on experience of IT Development and/or Operations • Demonstrable track-record and never-ending passion for learning • Self-starter, tech-savvy professional with solid business acumen • Ability to articulate Datadog value from server room to boardroom • Confident presentation skills • Must be a current EU resident • Desired hands-on experience in two or more of: observability tools; public cloud; containerization; development/scripting; configuration management; CI/CD • Bonus: previous experience working in a technical role for or supporting channel partners • Bonus: previous experience using Datadog and/or other cloud monitoring tools • Bonus: previous experience with root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging
