📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical resource for DataGrail Consent implementations • Guide customers through mobile app consent implementations • Partner with Customer Success to build structured troubleshooting playbooks • Identify patterns in recurring implementation issues and build scalable solutions • Maintain and improve technical documentation for Consent banner deployment

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience deploying and troubleshooting web development projects • Working knowledge of JavaScript • Experience with Google Tag Manager or another enterprise tag management platform • Familiarity with consent management platforms • Experience with iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin and Java) apps • Customer-facing experience in a SaaS or agency environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Comfort working independently in ambiguous environments
