📋 Description
• Professionally receive incoming software and hardware incident reports in an enterprise client environment • Process incidents in the ticketing system, including prioritization, classification and documentation • Perform fault analysis and initiate corrective actions • Provide first-line support and solutions via remote support • Escalate incidents to downstream teams when necessary
🎯 Requirements
• IT affinity and enjoyment of teamwork • Excellent written and spoken German, at least C1 level • Good English skills are an advantage • Confident use of Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365 • Completed vocational training in IT or professional experience in IT support (work experience can be an alternative to formal education)
