📋 Description

• Support our customers via remote access from your office workspace • Maintain customers' IT applications and ensure uninterrupted operation • Assist with infrastructure optimizations • Perform system maintenance and install updates

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in IT or, as a career changer, several years of professional experience • Ideally experience with Windows or Linux servers (medium and enterprise environments) • Preferably knowledge of administering web servers and application servers (Apache, IIS, Tomcat, ReverseProxy) in a multi-tier architecture • Networking knowledge and experience with ticketing systems are advantageous • Ideally initial experience with Java • Very good German skills and good English skills
