📋 Description

• Take on a central coordination and orchestration role for strategy, processes, resources and operational execution • Act as the interface between management, delivery, finance, HR and the Business Transformation Office • Create transparency, stability and scalability in day-to-day operations • Manage business-operating processes end-to-end • Continuously develop procedures and governance structures • Support transformation and growth initiatives and ensure their successful implementation • Build a KPI, forecasting and reporting system • Prioritize topics and translate strategic goals into concrete, measurable actions

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Digital Business, Digital Transformation or a comparable qualification • Several years of experience in Business Operating, PMO or a comparable control/steering function • Solid understanding of service, delivery and operating models • Experience in transformation and scaling projects • Ability to strategically develop operational processes and align them with growth targets • Strong business acumen and experience with KPIs and reporting • Structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working • Strong communication skills and assertiveness • Confident interaction with management and diverse stakeholders at all levels • Very good German skills (C2) • Good spoken and written English
