📋 Description

• Assume a central steering and orchestration role for strategy, processes, resources and operational implementation • Act as an interface between Management, Delivery, Finance, HR and the Business Transformation Office • Create transparency, stability and scalability in day-to-day operations • Manage business operating processes end-to-end • Continuously develop processes and governance structures • Support transformation and growth initiatives and ensure their successful implementation • Establish a KPI, forecasting and reporting system • Prioritize initiatives and topics • Translate strategic objectives into concrete, measurable actions

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Digital Business, Digital Transformation or a comparable qualification • Several years of experience in business operations, PMO or a comparable governance/control function • Solid understanding of service, delivery and operating models • Experience in transformation and scaling projects • Ability to develop operational processes strategically and align them with growth objectives • Strong business acumen and experience with KPIs and reporting • Structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working • Strong communication skills and assertiveness • Confident handling of management and various stakeholders at all levels • Excellent German skills (C2) • Good written and spoken English
