📋 Description

• You take on exciting IT transition projects for our clients and act as the central interface between technical teams, customers and sales. • Your mission — in other words: your tasks: Clarify requirements: You ensure that customers and sales understand exactly what is required so that nothing goes wrong later. • Assemble and lead the project team: you select suitable experts, steer the project, keep communication running and align everyone involved. • Manage resources: you assess personnel and hardware requirements in good time and identify potential bottlenecks early. • Quality and cost-effectiveness: you ensure that everything is right — technically, economically and for the customer. • Controlled handover: you define service specifications with the customer and hand the project over cleanly to operational teams. • When issues arise: for major problems you keep division management and executive leadership in the loop and proactively request support.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience leading and managing complex IT infrastructure projects in a data center environment — you reliably bring projects to completion without losing your composure. • Proficient in project management methods and tools such as PRINCE2 and comfortable applying them. • IT infrastructure is your area of expertise: you understand the technology in detail and consistently find the right solution, whether hardware, networking or cloud-related. • Knowledge of ITIL and ISO/IEC 20000 is a plus but not mandatory. • You speak very good German and are well-prepared for international discussions with fluent English.
