📋 Description

• Responsibility for the legally compliant operation of specified building services systems • Identification and implementation of a large number of operator obligations with particular relevance to legal compliance • Organization of maintenance (inspection, servicing, testing) for systems of high technological complexity with significant interfaces to other trades • Coordination of incident/fault management with a primary focus on core business and management of external service providers • Ensuring and optimizing the operation of utility/technical supply systems and maintaining legally compliant operational documentation • Leading cross-functional projects with high technical system complexity • Independently implementing the environmental, energy and sustainability objectives of the Bundesdruckerei Group and identifying and proposing new potential improvements • Participation in internal and external audits of management systems and support for complex building services (TGA) projects

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in engineering or a comparable discipline • Several years of practical experience in the operation and maintenance of building services systems, with expertise in refrigeration and HVAC (air conditioning) • Knowledge of project management, planning/design of building services systems and building automation • Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., DIN, VDI, BetrSichV, etc.) • Confident user of MS Office and ideally experienced with SAP and a CAD program (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Visio) • Structured, independent and reliable working style, confident presence, customer orientation, team spirit and strong communication skills • Willingness to participate in on-call duty is desirable
