• As part of our long-standing PPP projects, you will play a central role at the interface between operational delivery and strategic development: you will support our facility/site managers with overarching tasks that go beyond day-to-day operations. • You will also contribute to the further development of our location alongside the project and site management—particularly on operational, conceptual and coordination topics. • Project support: You will independently take responsibility for work packages within ongoing PPP projects and work closely with project management and on-site facility managers. • Concept development and proposal preparation: You will actively participate in developing operational and technical revitalization concepts for existing properties and in preparing proposals for new projects. • Communication and interface management: You will maintain regular contact with clients, authorities and project stakeholders and assist with client and user inquiries. • Quality and performance controlling: You will keep an overview of complex contractual frameworks, accompany the delivery of contractually agreed services, monitor budgets and support cost and revenue control. • Risk and conflict management: You will identify risks early, develop targeted preventive measures and thus secure project success.
