📋 Description

• As Project Manager, you are responsible for the timely and qualitative execution of projects while adhering to the budget. • You will be supported by a project team of engineers, site managers, fitters/assembly technicians and commercial project management. • Technical and commercial responsibility for executing projects in the process industry. • Organize and ensure compliance with all activities required for safety, health and environmental protection. • Conduct negotiations with clients on technical and commercial matters, including the necessary correspondence. • Create the project structure with associated work packages and the schedule, including resource planning. • Regular site visits. • Responsible for meeting the quality, schedule and cost targets of the respective bidding and project teams. • Conduct handover and acceptance procedures with the client.

🎯 Requirements

• Technician or engineer in Electrical Engineering / Automation Engineering / Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent qualifications obtained through professional experience • Experience executing projects in electrical installation/construction, e.g., for Deutsche Bahn, substation construction, or industrial and power plant facilities • Practical knowledge and experience in project management and contract law • Experience working with MS Project and an ERP system • Business-oriented, entrepreneurial thinking and acting • Familiarity with currently valid guidelines and standards • Fluent German (negotiation/business level)
