It specializes in energetic renovation and full modernization of residential buildings, as well as new construction of multi-storey housing in timber and timber-hybrid systems, using serially produced wood wall elements and bathroom modules to shorten build times. 📋 Description

• Verantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Wohnbauprojekten im Bereich Neubau • Sicherstellung von Terminen, Kosten und Qualitätsstandards in allen Projektphasen • Koordination der externen Projektbeteiligten • Fachliche Führung von internen Stakeholdern • Vergabe von Nachunternehmerleistungen • Regelmäßiges Reporting an die Standortleitung über den Projektstatus, Fortschritte und eventuelle Herausforderungen

🎯 Requirements

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur oder Abschluss als Bautechniker (m/w/d) • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Leitung von Bauprojekten, idealerweise im Wohnungsbau • Fundierte Kenntnisse in VOB, BGB sowie HOAI • Sicherer Umgang mit Bausoftware (z.B. RIB iTWO, AVA, MS Project) und den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen • Führerschein der Klasse B erforderlich
