📋 Description

• Identification, acquisition and personal stewardship of major donors, foundations and funding institutions • Development, expansion and maintenance of a strategic relationship network • Identification and engagement of multipliers/ambassadors • Co-design and further development of our major gifts strategy • Close coordination with executive management and the project-responsible departments

🎯 Requirements

• A completed university degree • Further training in fundraising, e.g. Fundraising Akademie gGmbH or equivalent • At least five years' professional experience in fundraising — ideally with a focus on major gifts • A strong affinity with topics in healthcare, nursing, diaconal social services and church-related work • Strong communication skills, empathy and a confident manner when engaging with donors and supporters • Excellent linguistic sensitivity and a confident command of German, both written and spoken • Results- and service-oriented, team player and resilient under pressure • Willingness to travel regularly within Germany
