📋 Description

• Design and deliver customer presentations for Conversion and Greenfield projects and identify suitable portfolio components • Support sales and colleagues with presentations for projects and discovery sessions • Accompany customers on their transformation to SAP S/4HANA and act as the interface between the customer and management • Collaborate with sales to create effort estimates and develop appropriate proposals • Take overall responsibility for winning SAP S/4HANA Private and Public Cloud transformation projects in end-to-end engagements • Identify suitable products from the full portfolio, recognize areas for action, and develop customer proposals together with colleagues • Further develop existing consulting approaches and the Smooth Conversion methodology model • Discuss value-adds in digitalization projects and identify up- and cross-selling opportunities • Handle tenders (RFPs) across the entire sales cycle process

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA • Presales experience is ideal • Empathy and negotiation skills • Strong communication and moderation/facilitation skills • High customer orientation and social competence • Analytical thinking • Structured approach and creativity • Enjoyment in solving complex new tasks • German language skills at least C1 (spoken and written) • Good English skills • Willingness to travel to customer meetings or team meetings at branch offices
