📋 Description

• Creation of software packages using various technologies such as App Deployment Toolkit, InstallShield, Flexera AdminStudio • Conducting quality tests, root-cause analysis and remediation, and acceptance testing • Preparing documentation for software packages • Preparing software for distribution via Microsoft SCCM / MECM or Intune • Analyzing and resolving issues using customer-specific ticketing systems • Second- and third-level support

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) and/or equivalent training or practical experience in the field • Experience in analyzing and packaging Microsoft SCCM / MECM packages • Strong skills in repackaging applications • Knowledge of software packaging technologies and products, e.g., Windows Installer (MSI), AdminStudio • Good understanding of scripting languages such as PowerShell, VBScript, Batch • You take responsibility, work methodically and are solution-oriented • You have a quick grasp, strong analytical and communication skills, and work independently • Very good German and good English
