• Responsible for listening and precisely interpreting communication between two different language speaking Customers/Clients (Ex: English & French) • Adhering to standard operating procedures required for the process and organization • Responsible for quality goals and implementation of any client updates from time-to-time • Free work environment. • Candidates should be very fluent in Bilingual Speaking (Ex: English & French) • Command over Language with good understanding skills is required • Good Communication Skills is required • Candidate should be a good listener • Candidates with certification in French Language, French Language trainers, French Language Associate, Customer support French Language will be given high preference • Fresher with good Proficiency in speaking French and English Language • Candidate should be energetic and should have positive approach towards issues handling • Candidates should be flexible to work in rotational shifts major night shifts (5 days per week & 2 days off)
