📋 Description

• Collaborate with sales to support accurate quote generation, track necessary approvals, and the submission and processing of sales orders, ensuring all documentation is complete and correct. • Partner with the sales team to offer insights and guidance on pricing strategies, leveraging data and company guidelines. • Track discount levels to ensure deals are adhering to discount guidelines. Recommend changes to discount levels, if necessary, to ensure deals align to business objectives. • Identify and recommend improvements to existing deal desk processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. • Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team on deal desk processes, tools, and policies. • Assist in the review and response to RFPs, ensuring timely response by collaborating with the necessary SME.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience, MBA is desired but not required • 5-7 years of experience in a deal desk or equivalent role preferably in a SaaS business • Have a strong knowledge and understanding of SaaS pricing and a channel sales motion • Experience partnering with Sales to support, at times complex, deals • Strong experience collaborating with cross functionally to drive process improvements • Experience with supporting RFP responses
