📋 Description

• Collaborate with the onsite lead and business stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements. • Conduct requirement workshops and translate business needs into scalable Oracle Eloqua solutions. • Prepare functional and technical design documents aligned with business objectives and best practices. • Configure and customize Oracle Eloqua to support marketing automation and lead management processes. • Design and implement integrations between Oracle Eloqua and Oracle Sales Foundation. • Develop campaigns, forms, landing pages, segments, shared lists, programs, and automation workflows. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including CRM, integration, and technical teams, to ensure seamless implementation. • Support data migration, data validation, and system integration activities. • Prepare and execute unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and support user acceptance testing (UAT). • Resolve functional and technical issues identified during testing and implementation. • Support user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities. • Plan and execute production deployment, including post-go-live stabilization and hypercare support. • Ensure adherence to implementation standards, governance, and project timelines. • Provide ongoing recommendations for process improvements and solution optimization.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle Eloqua implementation and support. • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Eloqua marketing automation capabilities. • Experience implementing Oracle Eloqua integrated with Oracle Sales Foundation or Oracle CX Sales. • Expertise in campaign management, segmentation, lead scoring, nurturing, forms, landing pages, emails, and automation programs. • Experience with Eloqua APIs, integration frameworks, and data synchronization. • Understanding of CRM integration concepts and customer data management. • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware platforms is preferred. • Knowledge of SQL and data analysis for troubleshooting and reporting. • Familiarity with release management, deployment, and production support processes.
