📋 Description

• Lead the implementation of a new Oracle Eloqua solution integrated with Oracle Sales Foundation • Collaborate with the onsite lead and business stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements • Conduct requirement workshops and translate business needs into scalable Oracle Eloqua solutions • Prepare functional and technical design documents aligned with business objectives and best practices • Configure and customize Oracle Eloqua for marketing automation and lead management processes • Design and implement integrations between Oracle Eloqua and Oracle Sales Foundation • Develop campaigns, forms, landing pages, segments, shared lists, programs, and automation workflows • Coordinate with CRM, integration, and technical teams for seamless implementation • Support data migration, data validation, and system integration activities • Prepare and execute unit testing and system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing • Resolve functional and technical issues during testing and implementation • Support user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer • Plan and execute production deployment, post-go-live stabilization, and hypercare support • Ensure adherence to implementation standards, governance, and project timelines • Provide recommendations for process improvements and solution optimization

🎯 Requirements

• Any Degree (Computer Science) • 8+ years of experience in Oracle Eloqua implementation and support • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Eloqua marketing automation capabilities • Experience implementing Oracle Eloqua integrated with Oracle Sales Foundation or Oracle CX Sales • Expertise in campaign management, segmentation, lead scoring, nurturing, forms, landing pages, emails, and automation programs • Experience with Eloqua APIs, integration frameworks, and data synchronization • Understanding of CRM integration concepts and customer data management • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware platforms is preferred • Knowledge of SQL and data analysis for troubleshooting and reporting • Familiarity with release management, deployment, and production support processes • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Experience working with onsite and offshore teams in a global delivery model • Ability to independently drive deliverables while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams • Strong documentation, presentation, and facilitation skills
