📋 Description

• Support Oracle Siebel operational processes, including executing, monitoring, and troubleshooting scheduled jobs and batch processes • Ensure jobs complete successfully and efficiently across various execution frequencies • Manage and resolve Oracle Siebel incidents across Order Management, Payments, and related functional areas • Troubleshoot incidents and deliver timely resolutions in accordance with established SLAs • Handle SIQ, PET, and Web Order incidents affecting customer orders, account information, and product availability • Manage end-to-end CCPA fulfillment requests, including Do Not Call, Do Not Market, and other privacy-related actions • Ensure CCPA requests are processed within required SLA timeframes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • 10+ years of experience • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills • Ability to learn and understand business processes across Order Management, Payments, Fulfillment, and Customer Service • Experience with Fusion applications, JSON payloads, and data integrations • Ability to analyze payloads and apply business process knowledge to investigate and resolve SIQ, PET, and Web Order incidents • Working knowledge of Linux operating systems and related support activities • Strong understanding of Oracle Siebel architecture, business processes, and core functionality • Experience supporting customer data management and privacy-related processes is highly desirable • Experience with CCPA fulfillment and Siebel operational support is highly desirable
