📋 Description

• Source and engage high-quality Japanese-speaking candidates • Utilise LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals and networking channels • Conduct candidate screening and qualification interviews • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines • Coordinate interviews and candidate communication • Work closely with DKR's Service Delivery Team and Managing Director • Maintain ATS records and candidate documentation • Support future hiring projects globally

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent Japanese and English (written and spoken) • Previous recruitment, sourcing or talent acquisition experience • Experience recruiting internationally is highly desirable • Strong sourcing and networking skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects • Excellent communication and organisational abilities • Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment technology is advantageous • Proven ability to identify and engage talent within Japan/Malaysia • Existing Japanese candidate networks, language communities, university contacts, hospitality networks, entertainment networks, customer service talent pools or relocation experience are advantageous
