📋 Description

• Draft, analyze and review commercial contracts, partnership agreements, service agreements and other legal documents, ensuring they are aligned with the company's objectives and interests; • Actively participate in contract negotiations, providing legal advice to protect the organization's interests, mitigate risks and ensure legal compliance; • Maintain an efficient filing and organization system for legal documents, contracts and agreements, ensuring easy access and compliance with internal policies and external regulations; • Identify and assess legal risks associated with contracts and commercial transactions, proposing strategies for risk mitigation and supporting informed decision-making; • Advise on the implementation and maintenance of privacy policies and practices, ensuring compliance with data protection laws such as Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados - LGPD) and other applicable local regulations; • Provide internal training for employees on relevant legal matters, contracts and privacy practices, promoting awareness and compliance; • Comply with the Institution's strategic Mission and Vision, internal regulations, compliance requirements and quality management systems, including compliance with ANS and ANVISA regulations and the health, hygiene and occupational safety standards and procedures applicable to the sector.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law; • Specialization courses in the relevant area of practice and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
