📋 Description

• Creation, negotiation, and execution agreements, inclusive of but limited to Multi-Patient Agreements, Fee-For-Service Agreements, and renewals between payors and DaVita facilities. • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for the team, providing strategic guidance and training teammates. • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality. • Handle escalated cases, lead projects, and foster cross-departmental collaboration to achieve team goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, or combination of education and experience • Project Management experience • Minimum 2 years of contract language review and redlining • Minimum 2 years of negotiation experience • Ability to assist in financial analysis and interpret financial data to support business decisions • Ability to communicate persuasively, both orally and in written form • Healthcare experience
