📋 Description

• Manage a team of instructional designers and contribute to the design and development of learning solutions • Set tactical and operational goals for the team and ensure timely delivery of learning products • Oversee multiple instructional design projects and complete quality assurance processes • Engage in continuous improvement and innovation to enhance learning effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in managing teams of instructional designers • Knowledge in designing and developing learning experiences including ILT, vILT, eLearning, etc. • Ability to scope, assign, and oversee instructional design projects • Proven track record of innovative approaches to learning solutions • Familiarity with learning technology trends and data evaluation for effectiveness
