📋 Description

• Audit outpatient centers for quality, clinical and patient safety concerns • Collaborate and develop plans of action and follow through to satisfaction • Ensure quality management programs are in place and functional • Assist in the implementation and development of internal and external audit processes • Oversee scheduling and completion of annual facility health audits • Coordinate the review of investigation of sentinel events and/or adverse occurrences

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in patient safety and quality assurance practices • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements • Ability to coordinate and lead audits and assessments • Experience with data collection and reporting
