• Perform robust analytics to inform strategic decisions and business development initiatives, including analyzing market trends and forecasting new growth opportunities. • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows and improve the effectiveness of targeting efforts (including leveraging Salesforce to drive efficiencies and enhance tracking). • Prepare clear and concise materials for internal and external meetings, including pitch decks, talking points, executive strategy sessions, and interdepartmental communications. • Track, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to ongoing business development activities. • Independently and cross-functionally identify new growth opportunities and creatively address challenges as they arise.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. • 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales analytics, financial analysis, strategy, or a related role. • Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities with a high attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to present complex information clearly and concisely, including experience creating presentation materials. • Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word). • Familiarity with Salesforce and business intelligence tools is a strong plus. • Must be comfortable driving forward significant amounts of independent work, while also effectively partnering and communicating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, from fellow analysts to Vice Presidents.
