📋 Description

• Leading development of Tableau reports which are utilized as a key source for evaluating program performance and informing care model decisions. • Utilizing technical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to understand business needs and translate these into technical requirements. • Supporting and informing the team’s approach to Tableau development through creating and publishing data sources, performing Tableau site administrator duties, and communicating with stakeholders. • Working with teammates across various teams ranging from peers, to clinicians and operators, to executive leaders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Minimum four years of experience with Tableau, Tableau Desktop Certifications Preferred • Very strong experience with SQL and relational databases • Strong experience with project management • Some experience with people management • Experience in all Microsoft applications • Experience working within SDLC framework • Experience in healthcare analytics preferred
