📋 Description

• Overall economic responsibility for new-build, densification and modernization projects for the company’s own portfolio as well as for privatizations in core cities of southern Germany • Decision-maker for project objectives, framework conditions and product definition of the projects under responsibility • Comprehensive management of commercial, legal and technical interfaces to successfully implement the overall strategy • Preparation, evaluation and further development of profitability calculations and business plans as a basis for investment decisions • Close collaboration with internal departments to plan, coordinate and implement business plans • Preparation of recommendations for action as a basis for steering committee decisions • Acting in the role of owner representative and managing and further developing an assigned residential portfolio in line with the company and sustainability strategy • Identification and realization of value-add and yield potential at property and project level • Taking on special topics and project tasks and acting as a continuous driver for optimization • Central contact for value-relevant issues relating to individual properties

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of relevant professional experience in property- and project-related asset management – ideally in the residential housing sector • Project experience in the strategic, commercial implementation of new-build, densification and modernization projects • Very good knowledge in preparing, analyzing and evaluating profitability calculations and business plans • Degree, ideally with a focus on real estate, or a comparable qualification • Good knowledge of the residential market in southern Germany • Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style as well as strong entrepreneurial thinking • High commitment, a sense of responsibility and enjoyment in actively driving topics forward • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration • Confident use of MS Office, in particular very good Excel skills • Very good German language skills
