📋 Description

• Responsibility for your own portfolio of 20–30 homeowners' associations (500+ units) • Revenue and profit responsibility for your portfolio • Management of your squad (Accounting & Service) to maximize day-to-day efficiency • Chairing owners' meetings with clarity, presence and confidence • Continuous improvement of processes in your area of responsibility – digital, lean, and effective

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in condominium/HOA management, ideally with larger or more complex associations • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage both operationally and strategically • Strong communication skills and a high level of customer orientation • Independent, structured working style – you don't need a micromanager
