Dayforce is a cloud-based human capital management (HCM) platform offered by Ceridian. It provides integrated solutions for payroll, workforce management (time and attendance, scheduling), benefits administration, talent management, and HR transactions in a single SaaS application aimed at employers and HR departments. Dayforce is used by organizations to manage employee lifecycle, payroll compliance, and workforce optimization.

📋 Description

• Leading or collaborating on multiple concurrent consulting projects addressing LCA, Environmental Product Declaration (EPD), or corporate sustainability strategy. • Using powerful tools like our industry-leading GaBi software, and its vast warehouse of data, to create best-in-class life cycle models and inventories of products and services, and the Sphera Cloud Corporate Sustainability platform to help shape client strategy and goals. • Interfacing with industry-leading, Fortune 500 clients, • Sharing the results of your work by leading meetings, delivering presentations, etc. • Writing ISO 14040/44 compliant reports documenting your project work • Developing and delivering consultative sustainability services, advising clients to help them operate more sustainably and reduce their greater environmental impact, including strategy development focused on net zero, climate, carbon, and ESG, • Conducting in-depth analysis of our client’s energy, water, waste, and emissions, • Collaborating with Sphera team members across different specialties and regions to innovate, develop best practices, and deliver world-class results, • Travel will be required as necessary on a project-by-project basis (up to 20% of time, primarily US, Canada, and Europe)

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in dedicated sustainability, ESG, or LCA role • Experience in interacting directly with a broad group of external stakeholders • Demonstrated passion for sustainability and innovation • Highly developed oral and written communications skills • Experience with materiality assessment, Life Cycle Assessment, and Scope I, II, III emissions • Strong client and project management skills to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements • Experience with GRI, CDP, SASB, TCFD, SBTi, and other sustainability and ESG frameworks • Aptitude for learning new software, previous experience with GaBi a plus. • Good oral and written communication skills; ability to articulate issues, give presentations, and prepare formal written reports. • Self-motivated and organized; able to simultaneously work on multiple assignments and to work both independently as well as on teams. • Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
