📋 Description
• Responsible for accounts payable related to invoices and expense reports • Prepares and submits journal entries for procure-to-pay workflow • Facilitates resolution of issues at each workflow stage • Supports and monitors the associate reimbursement program for travel and entertainment • Prepares vendor account reconciliations and related analysis of past-due balances
🎯 Requirements
• Undergraduate degree in business or related field. • 3+ years of relevant experience. • AP automation software and related workflow processes (e.g., Concur, NexusPayables, AvidXchange.) • Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (e.g., Lookups, Nested Formulas, Pivot Tables, etc.) • Adobe Acrobat.
