📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end IT delivery for new imaging center openings, relocations, mergers/acquisitions, and expansion projects. • Ensure alignment with construction timelines and proactively identify risks that could impact opening dates. • Maintain consistent implementation standards, processes, and quality expectations across all sites. • Serve as the escalation point for complex technical or operational issues impacting timelines, budgets, or readiness. • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Implementation Engineers. • Establish accountability for project milestones, SLA adherence, go-live readiness, and implementation outcomes. • Identify skill gaps and provide coaching to strengthen technical and project delivery capabilities. • Operate as a player-coach by directly supporting implementations during peak demand periods or critical project phases. • Partner closely with Construction Management, the PMO, Infrastructure and Network teams, vendors, and MSP partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, implementations, or service delivery environments. • 3+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams or implementation resources. • Proven success supporting multi-site expansion initiatives or large-scale rollout programs. • Healthcare, imaging, or other regulated industry experience strongly preferred. • Strong working knowledge of WAN/LAN networks, VPNs, and firewalls. • Strong working knowledge of low-voltage cabling and site infrastructure requirements. • Strong working knowledge of ISP circuit provisioning and vendor coordination. • Strong working knowledge of wireless networking, switching, and endpoint deployments. • Strong working knowledge of Windows desktop troubleshooting and support.
