Dayforce is delivered as a software-as-a-service application targeted at business and enterprise customers.

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the digital event platform—from vision and strategy to backlog, sprint planning, and release. • Create, manage, and prioritize a dynamic product backlog aligned with business objectives and stakeholder needs. • Develop and maintain roadmaps, user stories, features, and acceptance criteria. • Serve as the customer proxy and primary voice for users during agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives). • Ensure technical integrity and feasibility of feature delivery by collaborating with Dev, QA, UX, and Ops teams. • Primary POC for event technology including vendor management. • Plays significant role in quality control and is the only team member empowered to accept stories as done. • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the event platform including performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and enhancements. • Lead end to end Event Technology initiatives including using research and discovery, development of user flows, wireframes, and stories (with UX/Design), and ongoing optimization in an Agile manner using Scrum methodology. • Define and improve operational workflows related to event creation, setup, customer support, analytics, and post-event follow-up. • Identify and resolve platform-related issues and blockers in a timely, customer-first manner. • Collaborate with marketing, events, customer support, and vendor partners to ensure seamless event execution. • Act as the single point of contact across marketing, portfolio owners, experience teams, and development. • Facilitate business requirements gathering and clearly communicate technical options, timelines, and impact. • Ensure transparency and alignment by maintaining backlog visibility and regular updates for stakeholders. • Use data and analytics (Adobe, Tableau, VOC, etc.) to guide decisions, assess performance, and identify improvement opportunities. • Data steward for their respective area, responsible for defining, measuring, and synthesizing the needs and output of the data assets associated with their backlog, as well as understanding the interrelationship of PMI’s enterprise data assets.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior level Digital Experience Owner with deep understanding of Product Design and Digital strategies. • Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, product development, or another related field. • 5+ years in digital product management or digital experience roles, preferably in events, platforms, or e-commerce. • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing agile teams and digital products in an enterprise environment. • Strong understanding of digital event delivery models, UX design, and cross-platform integration. • Demonstrated strength in partnering across leadership, marketing, portfolio leaders, product managers, and product owners. • Proven ability to drive both strategic vision and detailed execution. • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills. • Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable documentation for cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and UX. • Demonstrated leadership in backlog grooming, story writing, and sprint planning. • High attention to detail with a focus on delivering business value and excellent user experiences. • Proficient in tools for visual documentation such as Miro or Visio to map data flows, workflows, and customer journeys. • Experience defining and documenting data inputs/outputs, integrations, and success criteria for APIs and third-party platforms. Strong commercial and customer-centric acumen. • Travel – Possibly 10%.
