📋 Description

• Lead the design and implementation of process efficiencies • Create and execute strategies that support rapid growth • Work remotely while partnering closely with multiple business units • Manage complex cross-functional projects supporting continued development and process improvement • Obtain requirements, evaluate and determine objectives, goals, and scope of complex projects • Overcome barriers and manage project implementations • Communicate regularly with executive sponsors, leaders and key stakeholders • Create and maintain project plans • Provide regular project status reports and executive summaries • Evaluate Project performance • Ensure Stakeholder Satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or health-related field required • Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) • 5+ years of large-scale full-cycle project management required • Experience/knowledge of healthcare industry business or clinical required • Experience in project management methodologies • Advanced knowledge of all MS Office applications, including MS Visio
