📋 Description

• Lead the company’s expansion and growth in the assigned country by acquiring retail and institutional clients • Leverage your existing portfolio and network to generate immediate business • Identify local opportunities, partners, influencers, and introducing brokers (IBs) to build sustainable client acquisition channels • Ensure full compliance with local financial regulations and maintain a positive company image • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to localise campaigns and improve user engagement • Manage customer support and operations in your region, if needed, to ensure high satisfaction and client retention • Prepare and execute local business development strategies with clear monthly KPIs

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Country Manager or Senior Business Development Manager in the Forex / CFD / Financial trading industry • Existing portfolio of active clients and/or IBs in the assigned country • Strong knowledge of the local Forex market, regulations, and competitive landscape • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently • Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills • Fluent in the local language and English
