📋 Description

• Develop and execute market strategies to strengthen DB Investing’s presence and increase market share in Sri Lanka • Identify new business opportunities, drive client acquisition and develop relationships with high-net-worth individuals, institutional clients and other key market participants • Build, manage and expand a network of Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates and strategic partners • Own commercial targets, monitor market performance and implement initiatives to achieve revenue and business growth objectives • Recruit, lead and develop a local sales and business development team • Represent DB Investing at industry events and networking opportunities • Work closely with HQ teams, including Marketing, Operations and Compliance, to execute local business strategies • Ensure local business development activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Forex/CFD industry with an established Forex broker • Previous experience in a senior business development, sales management or country management position • Strong understanding of the Sri Lanka Forex market, including its competitive landscape and business environment • Established network of Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates and relevant industry contacts • Demonstrated ability to generate revenue, develop partnerships and consistently achieve commercial targets • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to build and manage a high-performing team • Strong negotiation, communication and relationship management skills • Fluency in Sinhala and English • Must be currently based in Sri Lanka
