📋 Description

• Lead complex global audits end to end • Drive audit quality • Develop audit teams • Manage resources • Build strong stakeholder relationships • Support complex offshore audit engagements across international markets • Collaborate with global EY teams • Work in line with the time zones of supported countries • Expand technical, leadership, and stakeholder-management capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Must be an Associate or Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (ACA or FCA) or Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of UK (ACCA or FCCA) • Relevant post-qualification experience at Audit Manager / Senior Manager level • Experience auditing diversified groups, listed entities or organizations with complex reporting structures • Experience in manufacturing, consumer products, agriculture, telecommunications, logistics, investment activities or insurance industry • Strong IFRS and ISA expertise • Experience with complex group and listed-entity engagements • Experience in virtual team development, communication, and stakeholder management • Previous experience supporting international or offshore audit engagements is an added advantage • Include details of three non-related referees with the application
